Kia ora, ko Toyah toku ingoa - my name is Toyah.

It is impossible to pinpoint when my journey toward Mothercare began, but I know in my bones it is the reason I am here.

To walk alongside Mothers and their families throughout the childbirth continuum is a privilege I hold dear.

Over the years I have studied in many different areas - I am an Innate Traditions Postpartum Care Provider, Healing Birth Practitioner and Vaginal Steam Therapist however I feel that I will forever be a student on this path.

As well as my studies, I draw much of my wisdom and knowledge from my own journey through the sacred Rites of Passage woven into my experience as a Woman and Mother of two.

Each pregnancy, birth and postpartum has offered me another layer of insight into the power and potency of our sacred rites and it is my hope that every Mother will receive the true nourishment, care and support she deserves on this journey.

I am currently offering in-home Postpartum Doula Care, as well as Mothers Blessings and Closing Ceremonies in New Zealand.
