  • “If I could recommend one thing to any new mum, it would be to invest in postpartum support—and Toyah was truly our angel during that time. With my first pregnancy, I spent so much time preparing for the birth that I completely overlooked postpartum, and it caught me by surprise. This time, I wanted to intentionally invest in my recovery and my family's wellbeing, knowing how important those early weeks are for a mother's long-term health. Toyah was such a gift during our precious postpartum period. Her wisdom, care, and support made me feel nurtured, confident, and deeply looked after. She cooked nourishing meals, provided a beautiful care package of creams and herbs, helped around the house, listened without judgment, and lovingly entertained my son while I breastfed the baby. Every visit was different, and she always seemed to know exactly what our family needed. She also lent us valuable resources, and her postpartum workshop was incredibly helpful in preparing us for this season. I learned so much from her and am endlessly grateful for the care she provided. Every family deserves a Toyah in their postpartum journey.”
