Our Vision
Our vision @rosewombsteaming is to offer both a product and a service that is steeped in reclamation. A reclamation of allowing our inner guidance systems to lead the way in our health and healing. A reclamation of intuition, knowing, herbalism and the old ways. Pelvic steaming has been around for a very long time, as has the use of plant medicine. Here at Rose Womb Steaming we know all to well the power of plants and we want to share this practise far and wide. We truly believe in the healing potential of vaginal / yoni/ pelvic steaming. We have both been witness to its countless uses and benefits as well as experienced them first-hand ourselves.
It is our intention to provide a product that is easy to use, comfortable and beautiful to look at. Our Steaming Seats are made from a lovely locally grown pine. We have chosen this product because it is toxic-free and durable. Our seats have been designed to be comfortable to use for both Mild (no burner) and Advanced steaming sessions (with burner). Each seat is coated with an all-natural beeswax finish to ensure the timber is long-lasting and protected from any moisture exposure.
As well as steaming seats we also offer 1-1 Pelvic Steaming consultations with Toyah. Toyah is a qualified Vaginal Steaming Practitioner who has a background in Spiritual / Emotional Womb Health and Healing. Toyah is also a trained Reiki Healer and Healing Birth Practitioner who has a passion for working with Mothers and Birthing People. Pelvic Consultations will look at your current pelvic symptoms, menstrual history and any other emotional indicators to collate a holistic, tailored for your steam plan. Toyah will select the appropriate herbs and advise you when and how often to steam. As always, you know your body best, so Toyah will ensure to ask as many questions as required to ascertain how she can be of most service to you.
Ready for a nourishing AF postpartum?!
This is the first step. Preparing and Planning.
In these 1-1 sessions we will explore the foundational pillars of postpartum care - rest, warmth, bodywork, community support and nourishment, creating a plan for how you can implement each pillar within the unique dynamics of your family / support network.
If relevant, we will also explore previous postpartum experiences - what went well, and what you might do differently next time.
While the above is important, in my experience going another layer deeper, and exploring your inner world when preparing for postpartum is also essential.
Asking questions such as:
“What is my relationship to rest?” or “Am I comfortable to express my needs, desires and boundaries with my loved ones”?
These types of questions will be incredibly beneficial in supporting you to prepare for postpartum. I highly recommend doing this work during pregnancy so that when the time comes, you feel seen, heard and ready to fully sink into your postpartum experience without the stress of hard conversations or struggling to rest and relax.
If you would like to go ahead and book this service you will be sent an email with steps on how to book in a time for your session.
You will not regret investing time, money and energy into your postpartum experience Mama.
