What is Pelvic steaming?
→ Pelvic steaming is often referred to as Yoni Steaming however there is evidence to suggest that this practise is and can be beneficial for all bodies
→ Pelvic steaming is the age-old practice of kneeling or sitting over steam (often infused with medicinal herbs) to assist the organs in the pelvic bowl.
→ At Rose Womb Steaming we are committed to supporting our clients to get the most out of their steaming practice, we want to ensure that people are steaming correctly and receiving the benefits with every steam.
Find your perfect blend
→ When practicing Yoni Steaming, it is always advisable to gain a deeper understanding of which specific herbs align with your unique needs and circumstances. Selecting the right herbs tailored to your individual needs can significantly enhance the effectiveness of your Yoni Steaming experience.

Ready for a nourishing AF postpartum?!
This is the first step. Preparing and Planning.
In these 1-1 sessions we will explore the foundational pillars of postpartum care - rest, warmth, bodywork, community support and nourishment, creating a plan for how you can implement each pillar within the unique dynamics of your family / support network.
If relevant, we will also explore previous postpartum experiences - what went well, and what you might do differently next time.
While the above is important, in my experience going another layer deeper, and exploring your inner world when preparing for postpartum is also essential.
Asking questions such as:
“What is my relationship to rest?” or “Am I comfortable to express my needs, desires and boundaries with my loved ones”?
These types of questions will be incredibly beneficial in supporting you to prepare for postpartum. I highly recommend doing this work during pregnancy so that when the time comes, you feel seen, heard and ready to fully sink into your postpartum experience without the stress of hard conversations or struggling to rest and relax.
If you would like to go ahead and book this service you will be sent an email with steps on how to book in a time for your session.
You will not regret investing time, money and energy into your postpartum experience Mama.
